1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Carrier Delivery: Shipping is provided via third-party freight carriers. “Standard Shipping” is curbside delivery only. Drivers are not required to assist in moving products into your home or garage.
- Offloading Requirement: Iron doors are extremely heavy. A minimum of 2–3 able-bodied persons or a forklift must be present at the time of delivery to offload the order.
- Crate Calculations: Shipping costs are calculated based on a “Base Rate” plus a “Per Crate” fee determined by your distance from our Phoenix warehouse.
- Damage in Transit: You must inspect all crates before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may result in the denial of a shipping insurance claim.
3. Local Pickup Policy
- Location: Pickup is available at 9801 S 51st St. Phoenix, AZ 85044.
- Storage Fees: Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of notification that the order is ready. Orders left beyond 10 days are subject to a storage fee of $50.00 per day, per crate.
- Loading: Customers are responsible for providing a vehicle capable of safely transporting the weight and dimensions of the product. My Iron Door Company is not liable for damage to vehicles during loading or transit.
4. Custom Orders & Payments
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All custom-sized or special-order doors require a non-refundable deposit. Once a custom production drawing is approved, the order cannot be canceled.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors.
5. Installation & Measurements
- Measurements: The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate rough opening measurements. My Iron Door Company is not responsible for doors that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Third-Party Installers: We do not perform installations. Any installers recommended or coordinated are independent contractors. My Iron Door Company is not liable for damages, delays, or poor workmanship resulting from third-party installations.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
- “As Is” Sale: Products are provided “as is” except for specific structural warranties provided in writing at the time of purchase.
- Environmental Factors: Iron doors are subject to natural wear. We are not responsible for rust or finish degradation caused by improper maintenance, harsh cleaning chemicals, or exposure to extreme coastal (salt air) environments.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and door designs—is the property of My Iron Door Company. Unauthorized reproduction or “copy-cat” manufacturing of our proprietary designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Iron Door Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to construction delays, labor costs for re-installation, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action or dispute must be filed in a court located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our site for anyone who engages in fraudulent activity, harassment of staff, or violation of these terms.
